David received his undergraduate degree from Stetson University in Deland, Florda followed by his juris doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Ohio. After graduating from law school,  he began his legal career at U.S. Truck Lines, Inc. of Delaware as counsel to 35 trucking subsidiaries handling all matters involving the trucking industry, including accident and liability litigation.  Later, David served as in-house counsel for a large national insurance company, handling all matters of insurance and defense for the company’s clients. He has also served as a partner at various firms in Central Florida, focusing primarily on accident defense.  In all, David has actively been involved in the trial of lawsuits on behalf of trucking and insurance companies, their employees, insurers, and their insureds for over 30 years.

David is licensed to practice in all state courts in Ohio and Florida.  He is also licensed to practice in multiple federal courts in both states.  In his down time, David enjoys golfing and travel.
