Terese M. Latham specializes in the defense of complex medical malpractice, pharmaceutical product liability, premises liability cases, and personal injury claims.
Since her admission to the bar in 1988, she has focused her practice on the defense of hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians, dentists and other professionals in both state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. Terese has also litigated in the area of insurance defense, including those with complicated injuries. Ms. Latham is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Latham is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest distinction afforded by this leading legal publication. The rating is based on recommendations of one’s peers and attests to Ms. Latham’s legal ability and professional ethics. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
