Katina M. Hardee is a Senior Partner in our West Palm Beach office with over 20 years of litigation experience. She focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation, high exposure personal injury litigation, premises liability, negligent security, and construction defect matters. Known for her practical approach, strong advocacy, and commitment to client service, Katina prepares every case with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes whether through trial or settlement while providing clear communication and trusted guidance throughout the legal process.

Katina obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida in 2002, and she earned her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 2005, graduating cum laude. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and Law Review, where she served as Casenote and Comment Editor. She was also a recipient of the Mississippi Women Lawyers and Mississippi College School of Law academic scholarships, as well as a recipient of the Hines Award for Civic Leadership. In addition, Katina was a quarter finalist in the Copeland, Cook, Taylor and Bush Moot Court Competition in 2003 and received Best Paper in Counseling and Negotiations in 2005.
